Seoul National University (SNU) announces the SNU President Fellowship (SPF) Program – Spring 2027, a prestigious scholarship providing full funding for Ph.D. studies to current teaching and academic staff members from universities in countries with emerging economies.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- not hold a Ph.D. degree;
- hold at least a Master’s degree;
- currently be employed in an academic or teaching position at a university;
- be admitted to an SNU Ph.D. program for Spring 2027.
The scholarship includes:
- Full tuition for up to six semesters;
- Monthly stipend;
- Round-trip airfare;
- Korean language training;
- National Health Insurance;
- Childcare support (where applicable).
Application:
- SNU online admission application: 6–9 July 2026 (KST);
- SPF application documents: by 31 July 2026.
