Every March the world celebrates days of francophonie. It has become a tradition to organize in Georgia events, which are dedicated to the week of francophonie, too.

Ilia State University is a member of one of the most important organizations of francophonie – Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie AUF.

On Thursday, March 25 the University hosted pupils of the Patardzeuli Georgian-French Lycée who presented an exhibition of their educational and creative activities and a play “Meteor Shower”. Last year this very French language play was awarded the first place at the Festival of the French Language Schools.
