Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 program year.
The Reagan-Fascell Democracy Fellows Program is an international exchange program that supports civic leaders, activists, researchers, and innovators who are leading the global fight for freedom.
Eligibility:
The program consists of two tracks:
- Practitioners’ Group: Activists, journalists, human rights defenders, and other professionals.
- Scholars’ Group: Scholars holding a Ph.D. or an equivalent terminal degree in political science, law, human rights, or related fields.
Financial Support:
Monthly stipends, health insurance, travel reimbursement, and research support.
Mobility Periods:
- Fall 2026: October 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027
- Spring 2027: March 1 – July 31, 2027
