On February 11-13, Tbilisi’s swimming pool complex “Olympic” hosted Waterpolo Championship for the youth born in 1997-1998. 8 teams contested.  Junior members of the waterpolo club “Ligamus” won three matches and gained lead together with “Iveria” team.  

First Round:  “Ligamus” –“Tonus” 27:2, “Iveria-1”- “Tbilisi” 22:2; “Batumi” –“Iveria-2” 11:6, “Georgia”- “Kutaisi” 3:8

Second Round:  “Tonus”- “Batumi” 6:14; “Ligamus”-“Iveria -2” 22:3, “Tbilisi” – “Kutaisi” 11:2; “ Georgia”- “Iveria-1” 0:10

Third Round: “Tonus”- “Iveria -2” 3:11; “Georgia”- “Tbilisi” 10:21; “Batumi” – “Ligamus” 1:17; “Iveria-1” –“Kutaisi” 29:0.

The second leg will start on March 12-14. From April, the junior members of “Ligamus” will take part in Championship of Ukraine in the same age category.
