Ilia State University announces a competition for candidates interested in carrying out doctoral research.

The research project will be implemented within the framework of a collaboration between Ilia State University and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zürich), with the participation of GIZ ECO.Georgia.

The doctoral student selected through the competition will conduct their scientific work under the joint supervision of Georgian and Swiss researchers.

The main objective of the doctoral research is to promote the development of sustainable and climate-change-adaptive forest management in Georgia and the Caucasus region.
